Non-laminating inkjet PVC sheet (Dragon card sheet) is known as the most economic material solution for normal card production. There are three sheets in one set including 2 transparent printing sheets (sheet A) plus 1 middle white core sheet (sheet B).

| 2. More Description of 0.76mm A4 Size Dragon Card Sheet Non Lamination Sheet Inkjet Printing For ID Cards |
The recommended card production procedures are detailed as below:
1. Print the image on the two sheets A with inkjet printer (remember to choose “mirror printing”), wait and let the ink dry up completely (normally around 5-10 minutes)
2. Remove the protection films on the middle core sheet, put the printed sheets right on both sides of the middle core sheet, then let it go through the rolling laminator (set temperature around 150℃-180℃)
3. Cut the laminated sheet into standard card, remove the protection film from the surface of the card.

Steps:
1. Design in computer, you may use CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, etc. software to make
design in your computer
2. Put the blank printable overlay/film into the laser or inkjet printer (Epson C1100 laser printer or R210
inkjet printer is recommended), reverse-print (Note: when you put the printable overlay/film into the inkjet
printer, please put right side for print, DON’T PUT WRONG SIDE!) Please print one side on PET film A,
and print the other side on PET film a. (same for B with b, C with c, D with d)
3. After printing, let the printed film dry around 5-10 minutes, then, remove the protection film from the
both sides of the core PVC sheet, put one printed film on one side of the PVC sheet and put the other
printed film onto the other side of the PVC sheet, then, put them all into the pouch laminator for
lamination. You may set the temperature around 160C, to get a better laminating result, you may
laminate twice.
4. After laminating, use a cutter to cut the laminated sheet into two half sheets (two pieces of sheet with
size of 100x300mm)
5. Put the sheet into manual puncher for punching
6. After punching, you will get a final cards.
